Dear Michael, I do not know where to begin. We first met Michael during the purchase of our new home in Kingman Arizona. Michael was the listing Agent. After we closed escrow on our home my husband and I were thinking about becoming Real Estate Agents, so we contacted Michael who was the Branch Manager of Coldwell Banker. Michael put us in touch with a Real Estate school and we enrolled. Shortly after enrolling I was diagnosed with Cancer and we had no choice but to move back California to get the treatment I was going to need to beat this cancer. So, we then contacted Michael and explained my unfortunate situation and ask if he would assist in listing our new home. Michael immediately came over with a comparable market analysis and the listing papers and we signed them, and the house was listed on the market that day. Dear Michael, A mere “thank you” really seems to be inadequate when I look back upon the help you gave me in regard to the sale of 1625 Talc. Without your expertise and guidance, I really don’t know how I would have managed, especially as I live in California. The mobile home looked like brand new after you organized the painitng, re-carpeting, and window treatments, you had great contacts for everything neccessary to bring it up to your high standards and I felt the cost was reasonable.
